What is the Refund Policy?
All on-demand subscriptions begin with a 3-day free trial.
At the end of the trial period, your payment method will be automatically charged $34.99, and your subscription will renew every 30 days unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
No refunds are issued for charges processed after the trial period ends.
Monthly subscriptions require a 30-day commitment.
Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the next scheduled renewal date.
Once a billing cycle has begun, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for that period.
Annual subscriptions are billed in full upfront and cover a 12-month term.
Annual plans cannot be canceled or refunded once payment has been processed.
Access remains available for the full 12-month subscription period regardless of usage.
Due to the digital and on-demand nature of our services:
All sales are final
No refunds or prorated credits are provided for unused time, missed sessions, or failure to cancel on time
Refunds are not issued under any circumstances once payment has been processed
Clients are responsible for managing their subscriptions. Cancellations must be completed through the designated account portal before the stated deadline to prevent future charges.
